Refund policy

William Alexander Studio supplies custom and made-to-order branded goods. The following applies unless a signed quote states otherwise.

Custom work. Items produced to your approved artwork, dimensions, or specification are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, except where defective or not as described.

Defects. Report defects in writing within 7 days of delivery, with photos. We will repair, replace, or refund the affected items at our discretion after review.

Cancellations. Before production starts, cancellations may be accepted; any deposit or prepayment already spent on materials or tooling may be non-refundable. After production starts, cancellations are not normally possible.

Deposits. Deposits secure capacity and materials and are applied to the final invoice. Refund of unused deposit amounts is at our discretion when work has not begun.
