Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern use of the William Alexander Studio website and quote-led B2B services operated by Stella Novus Limited.

Quotes and orders. Product pages are illustrative. Prices, materials, lead times, and artwork requirements are confirmed in a written quote. A binding order exists only once both parties accept that quote (or a purchase order that matches it).

Artwork and approvals. You are responsible for providing accurate branding assets and for approving proofs. Production starts after written approval. Changes after approval may incur additional cost and delay.

Intellectual property. Your trademarks and artwork remain yours. Studio tooling, templates, and manufacturing know-how remain ours. We will not reuse your proprietary branding for other clients without permission.

Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a quote or order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
